Minimum lubrication systems

Compared to standard lubricating oils, Accu-Lube oils allow for a significant increase in lubricating efficiency, which reduces the friction occurring in metalworking. As a result, the lifetime of the machines is extended and the surface quality is much better. Accu-Lube oils also increase profitability. Downtime and cleaning costs are significantly reduced. The control costs associated with water-based lubricants are completely eliminated. Over a 6-month period, the average Accu-Lube customer can replace 220 liters of cooling concentrate, which corresponds to roughly 4,000 liters of cooling emulsion, with just 20 liters of Accu-Lube Oil. Accu-Lube lubricants are subject to wear in the machining process, therefore there is no waste, and possible finishing / cleaning is greatly simplified.

Why is it worth using a minimum lubrication system:

• The costs of the workpieces with the use of various cooling emulsions are about 7-17% of the total cost. This result can be significantly reduced by using a minimal lubrication system.
• Due to the reduction of friction and the resulting increase in productivity, the workpiece can be processed more cheaply.
• Less machine downtime thanks to increased tool life.
• The chips are almost dry - this reduces the time and cost of disposal.
• No need for energy-consuming pumps and compressors allows you to reduce energy costs.

Characteristics of lubricating oils:

The Accu-Lube Lubricants below are primarily intended for machining ferrous materials. When using these Accu-Lube lubricants on non-iron materials, cleaning is necessary prior to heat treatment as otherwise material residues may occur.
